## Job description

岗位职责
- 进行市场开拓，达成销售任务，完成业务指标。
- 维护客户关系，提升客户粘度及贡献度。
- 做好业务风险第一道防线。 任职资格
- 本科以上学历
- 具有3年以上银行对公客户经理或同等金融工作经验，稳定性高；具有优秀的市场营销能力，熟悉银行各种金融产品及相关业务，熟悉营销流程。有客户资源的优先考虑。
- 正直、诚信、积极进取、抗压能力强、富有工作激情，具有较强的合规意识及风控能力，在职期间无监管备案处分及违规违纪行为。
