## Job description

岗位职责
- 带领团队进行区域市场开发，对团队的业绩完成情况负责；
- 负责区域内重要渠道的开发，建立良好合作关系，整合资源推进区域业务；
- 负责团队成员的培养、带教和项目风险把控；
- 负责区域内客户管理，维护存量资产的安全性。 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，5年以上租赁同业或银行中小企业信贷相关经验，3年以上团队管理经验；
- 具有较强的市场开拓能力和客户营销能力，具备良好的沟通策略和谈判技巧；
- 具有较强的风险识别判断和风险控制能力； 4能够承受较大工作压力，适应频繁出差的工作状态。
