## Job description

岗位职责
- 全面负责支行运营作业和营销活动风险的管控，依规做好支行日常巡检和事件处置；
- 负责支行重要物品管理和检查 ，账户开销变等业务资料审核，现场督导柜员规范操作；
- 完成支行反洗钱工作，负责支行重大事项的报告与应急处置。
- 组织支行柜员日常技能训练和业务培训。 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，2年以上银行柜面工作经验 ；
- 有1年以上银行内控合规管理工作经验；
- 具有较强的沟通协调和问题处理能力、客户服务意识；
- 具有良好的风险合规意识，可准确识别业务风险。
