## Job description

岗位职责 "1-负责集团或下属医疗机构药品质量控制工作，包括产品入围、资质审核、渠道审核、在用药品监管、在用药品使用评价、处方点评、药品优化建议、不良事件上报等； 2-负责对集团药品管理相关制度与流程提出优化建议； 3-需根据国家及地方药品管理新规（例如带量采购等）和领导的安排，调整集团及下属医疗机构药品管理相关制度及流程； 4-负责协调集团及下属医疗机构药品质量相关事项，保障集团各医疗机构安全合理用药、药品库存和药品在途管理等； 5-推动集团及下属医疗机构药品临床试验与药品科研合作； 任职资格 1-中级及以上职称或药学相关专业本科及以上学历； 2- 5年以上药品管理经验，3年以上药品采购经验；临床药师优先； 3-熟悉药品相关法律法规，熟悉药品生产、流通、使用各环节相关要求，并督促集团各医疗机构按照要求安全使用药品； 4-有药品质量管理经验，处方点评经验、药物临床试验经验、抗菌药物管理经验； 5-具有高度的责任心，能对个人及团队的绩效目标做出积极贡献；
