## Job description

岗位职责

### 客户咨询与服务
- 借助集团独具优势的医疗健康服务和养老布局，深入了解客户需求，为客户量身定制个性化的保险方案及服务；

### 客户关系管理
- 建立并维护良好的客户关系，定期回访客户，了解客户需求的变化；

### 市场拓展与营销
- 积极参与公司组织的各类市场拓展与营销活动，提升品牌知名度，吸引潜在客户；

### 团队协作与培训
- 与团队成员紧密合作，共同推动个人及团队发展；参与内部培训，不断提升自身的专业素养和服务能力。 任职资格
- 了解保险行业，有保险、银行等金融行业销售经验者优先；
- 寿险同业绩优优先，医药、房地产等行业销售绩优优先，具备法律，医疗养护、企事业单位、教培等相关专业人才可考虑；
- 有狼性、具备良好的沟通能力、客户服务意识和团队合作精神；
- 潜在客户储备丰富，客户质量好且关系比较亲近；
- 责任心强，学习能力强，具备职业发展主动性或拥有自我驱动力。
