## Job description

岗位职责

### 用户运营
- 负责机构社群运营及管理；建立用户激励制度及成长体系等；

### 数据运营
- 结合总部及分公司要求，制定机构整体经营指标；平台及成本监控、预警，问题机构分析督导；APP功能使用及用户线上行为分析；地区代理人数据研究，分类标签；机构异常数据分析（线上风控） ；

### 非车运营
- 负责本地产品的上下架管理、宣传物料制作、政策沟通与销售推动；制定本机构节点及大型IP营销活动，总部活动宣传及落地；个非车、团非车续保政策沟通和续保率追踪检视；

### 车险运营
- 负责产品政策沟通及销售推动；总部活动宣传及落地；车险续保政策沟通及续保率追踪检视。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 专业不限；
- 有进取心，心态积极；
- 有较好的沟通表达能力及学习领悟力；
- 有一定抗压能力，吃苦耐劳。
