## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责小微企业主、个人信用类、抵押类等产品营销、客户开拓和维护；
- 聚焦商机营销和存量客户经营，包括意向客户挖掘转化、业务经办承接；
- 负责客户业务受理与贷前调查工作，如实介绍产品并告知客户相关权益和义务；
- 落实贷款业务经办承办、贷中、贷后管理，为客户提供综合服务，提升存量客户续借复贷等；
- 落实合规及风险管理工作要求，确保业务合法合规。 任职资格 1.本科及以上学历，专业不限； 2.1年以上同业零售贷款、普惠、对公信贷工作经验； 3.认可平安文化，具备较强的执行力、良好的工作习惯、目标导向及抗压能力； 4.职业操守良好，风险意识强，无违法违纪行为，无经商办企业或兼职行为； 5.
