## Job description

岗位职责

### 负责团队业务发展规划
- 完成团队各项行为管理、质量管理、业绩管理工作；
- 推动业务拓展，策划并组织所辖团队的营销活动，达成团队的销售任务；

### 负责团队人力发展规划
- 推动所辖团队建设、人才培养和内外部协调沟通；
- 组织所辖团队的产品、技能、政策培训；实现团队的有效增员和优胜劣汰；

### 贯彻合规及风控制度要求
- 确保业务品质及合规服务，协调处理客户投诉。 任职资格 1、原则上本科及以上学历; 2、3年以上信贷业务经验或团队管理经验； 3、具备优秀的团队协作能力和拓客能力，较强的风险识别能力与解决问题能力； 4、无违法违纪行为，有良好的职业操守和合规意识。
