## Job description

岗位职责 1.根据现行法律法规及监管规定，负责分中心的业务方案、合同文本规范性的初步审查；牵头开展分中心的合规检查、整改督导工作，及时进行风险提示，提出风险防范和控制建议； 2.负责与监管机构的沟通协调，并组织回复监管各类调查、检查、调研工作所需的数据、资料、报告，并及时向内控合规部反馈监管报告或沟通要求；3.牵头开展分中心的案防合规文化建设与宣传工作，按要求上报合规文化建设和宣传工作总结；组织召开分中心案防季度合规委员会会议；负责分中心案件风险排查工作，并按照要求上报排查结果，及时向内控合规部报告分中心范围内的合规风险事项，并根据内控合规部的组织安排开展合规风险测评及报告工作 4.协助开展分中心操作风险事件信息的收集、识别、检查、评估和报告；负责分中心的反洗钱管理工作，配合总行及卡中心合规部门组织和开展信用卡中心反洗钱宣传、培训； 5.完成领导交代的其他工作 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，有1-3年合规消保岗工作经验，
- 具备银行业从业经验、熟悉银行业务/信用卡业务流程、熟悉相关法律法规；
- 具备一定的经济金融理论知识，具有较强沟通及协调能力；
- 具备较强的文字表达能力；具备较强的抗压性、良好的人际沟通能力
