## Job description

岗位职责
- 参与年度/半年度干部盘点工作，通过360评估、述职访谈、绩效数据分析等工具，对现任管理者的履职情况、发展潜力进行全方位诊断；输出干部个人及团队评估报告，识别高潜管理者与需改进对象，为管理层提供客观、精准的人事决策依据。
- 基于干部盘点结果和组织业务需求，实施分层分类的领导力发展项目，帮助管理者完成从“业务骨干”到“团队领导者”的角色转身与能力跃迁。
- 开发并迭代内部管理案例与工具包，沉淀组织管理智慧，提升整体干部队伍的管理认知与实践水平。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，1-3年大型企业工作经历；

### 沟通影响力
- 能与业务负责人进行平等、专业的对话，能够影响他人并推动共识达成。

### 项目管理能力
- 能够独立策划并运作人才发展或干部管理项目，具备优秀的跨部门协调与资源整合能力。

### 数据分析能力
- 具备一定的数据洞察力，能通过数据发现问题本质，并输出有说服力的分析报告。
