## Job description

### 岗位职责 1‌、培训与教育‌

制定并执行培训计划，涵盖产品知识、销售技巧及新人辅导，提升团队专业能力 ； 2、会议组织‌：策划和主持晨会、夕会、产说会等，协调资源确保会议高效开展 ； 3‌、业务支持‌：协助业务推动、增员，提供展业技术指导 ； ‌4、绩效管理‌：跟踪业务指标，分析数据并优化团队策略 ； ‌5、团队协调‌：处理内部沟通，维护职场秩序，塑造积极团队文化。 任职资格
- 具备扎实的保险知识累积及沟通、表达、组织协调能力；
- 有丰富的培训经验、可根据市场动态独立整理课件及相关资讯；
- 熟悉银保业务及推动策略
- 能够清晰地表达思想，掌握良好的演讲技巧；
- 银行、银保、销售相关3年以上相关工作经验。
