## Job description

岗位职责
- 制定存款业务发展规划，统筹总分行协同机制与考核体系设计。
- 搭建数字化管理平台，建立存款预测模型与动态监测机制。
- 开展多维数据洞察，输出专项分析报告。
- 建立管理闭环体系，组织业务推进会议、经验总结、优化改进与培训宣贯。
- 创新存款增长模式，推进重点产品体系建设与品牌价值提升。 任职资格

### 教育背景
- 金融、经济、营销等相关专业硕士及以上学历。

### 工作经验
- 3年以上金融行业总分行经验。

### 技术能力
- 精通数据分析，擅长报告撰写；熟悉商业银行对公业务全流程。

### 核心素质
- 具备独立完成项目，有体系化思维，能快速将业务亮点转化为推广方案。
