## Job description

岗位职责
- 医保政策梳理，客户需求的量化解析
- 数据治理和分析、经验分析、模型算法搭建等
- 结合业务经验和分析成果，形成解决方案，并撰写分析报告
- 随实际经验积累和数据模型研究推进，不断迭代分析工具，提升分析质量 任职资格 1.本科及以上，统计学、精算、经济学、保险学、社会保障等专业 2.2年以上数据分析经验，最好有社会医疗保险行业数据分析经验 3.熟练使用SQL；熟悉Python/R的一种或多种开发语言 4.良好的数据分析和建模能力、逻辑性和沟通能力，有团队合作精神
