## Job description

岗位职责
- 配合开展各项业务推动、追踪工作，能进行业务各项支持，推动业务落地；
- 制定分阶段行销支持、激励方案、进行可行性分析，并完成宣导追踪工作；

### 配合团队的日常管理工作，包含
- 会议组织、团队培训、激励等；
- 协助定期检视各项业务推进进展，并能根据确定的改善举措进行落实推动。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，保险、经济、金融、市场营销类优先；
- 具备一定的亲和力，能快速融入团队；
- 良好的沟通表达能力，具备高度自驱力；
- 有金融从业经验者优先考虑。
