## Job description

岗位职责
- 追踪负责管理的契约相关指标及日常工作；
- 按照作业指导书的要求与规定，对业务资料的各项信息进行初审、扫描、问题件、咨询件、核保复议件转办处理以及投保资料归档的工作；
- 负责纸质保单打印及直结卡发放及未发送成功电子保单的线下重发；
- 收集日常契约作业中遇到的问题，及时与上级领导沟通，提出合理化建议，完善团、个险审核的操作流程，提高团险审核作业时效与品质；
- 新契约回访管理，负责回访不成功件跟踪沟通。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 在金融、保险行业，有1-3年新契约业务管理岗工作经验优先；
- 工作细致认真，责任心强；
- 具有良好的沟通协调能力和动手能力。
