## Job description

岗位职责
- 根据全行风险偏好，结合区域市场特点，参与制定分行信贷业务指引、审查审批相关的授信产品及操作规程，引领业务发展
- 根据行内外授信政策及目标市场指引对权限内授信业务进行审查、审批，分析信贷风险点并提出防范措施，出具审查意见
- 对业务部门提出的专业问题给予解答和建议，根据审批需要对客户进行实地考察 任职资格

### 学历
- 本科及以上学历，金融/经济/财会/法律（传统金融）、数学/统计等专业优先；

### 经验及职责
- 具有金融、银行、会计师事务所3-5年相关从业经验，具有银行信贷审批工作经验者优先； 熟悉普惠金融信贷产品及业务知识； 具备信用风险评估能力，识别欺诈风险；

### 专业
- 熟悉国家经济金融政策、法律法规、会计、财务制度，具有丰富的金融专业知识； 熟悉本地市场，熟悉银行授信审批基本政策制度，熟悉银行各类信贷业务知识及处理流程，具备较强的信用风险分析、识别与判断能力； 熟练使用EXCEL、PPT等办公软件；

### 素质要求
- 具备正直、诚实的品质，具有良好的敬业精神和职业道德； 风险意识强，有较强的责任心和抗压能力，无违法违纪行为； 具备较强的学习能力、调查分析能力、文字写作能力、逻辑严谨、业务协调能力和工作组织能力。
