## Job description

岗位职责
- 对证券核心系统的稳定性与安全性做统筹考虑，建立事前预防、事中发现、事后改进的全链路保障机制，推动上述关键事项的落实和检视。
- 牵头制定技术标准与开发规范，推动各业务团队共建技术生态，提升整体研发质量与效率。
- 积极探索AI在研发中的使用，调研及引入智能化工具（如AI辅助需求分析、代码生成）赋能团队提升效率。
- 关注行业趋势，推动技术预研与创新落地，支撑证券业务长期发展。 任职资格
- 硕士及以上学历，计算机相关专业，5年及以上开发经验，熟悉金融业务优先；
- Java基础扎实，精通JVM，熟悉主流中间件源码与实现机制，熟悉分布式、微服务、消息、缓存等技术体系。
- 具备海量高并发、低延迟系统实战经验，主导过大规模分布式系统的架构设计与性能优化。
- 具备前沿 AI 视野，能熟练运用 AI 工具赋能研发全流程，有相关落地实践者优先。
- 逻辑清晰，表达与文档能力强，能高效跨团队、跨部门推动技术共识与落地。
- 热爱技术，善于思考，自驱力强，能在复杂环境中推动团队与业务持续成长。
- 熟悉金融业务优先，有横向团队合作经验者优先
