## Job description

岗位职责
- 通过电话方式处理全国存量健康险客户相关问题，如保单责任查询，保单变更咨询业务（如查询保单保什么、修改保单联系信息，查询保单理赔进展等）等专业化的电话咨询服务
- 结合公司业务规则解决客户需求，多维服务提升客户对平安服务的认知和口碑
- 在服务的基础上挖掘客户潜在医疗、意外、体检卡等多产品需求并在线完成转化 任职资格
- 具备大专及以上学历，保险、金融、经济、市场营销、管理或相关专业优先
- 了解保险基础知识、常见产品类型（如寿险、车险、健康险）及服务流程，持有保险从业资格证者优先
- 能使用清晰、准确、礼貌的语言与客户进行有效沟通，化解疑虑。耐心倾听客户诉求，理解客户情绪（尤其是焦急或不满时），展现同理心，提供有温度的服务，建立客户信任
- 能适应高强度、多任务的客服工作环境，从容应对客户的抱怨甚至投诉，保持积极稳定的服务心态。
