## Job description

岗位职责
- 承接监管部门和上级机构下达的科技金融经营计划和指标，制定本单位发展规划、经营策略并组织实施，合理精准配置资源，达成各项指标；
- 落实队伍建设各项要求，开展团队建设与人才培育，完善基层党组织架构，提升员工综合职业素养；
- 落实合规及风险控制要求，确保合规运营；
- 协同落实总分行布置的重点项目与其他阶段性工作任务。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，理工科背景优先；
- 具备5年以上金融机构从业经历，2年以上的团队管理经验和科技金融从业经验；
- 具有较强的市场洞察力与创新突破能力，能够在复杂环境下快速研判问题并提出解决方案；
- 具有良好的思想品德和职业道德，纪律意识和合规意识强，无违法违纪及不良从业记录。
