## Job description

岗位职责
- 跟踪团队销售计划的落实并定期分析团队达成情况，形成分析报告，提出团队销售改进建议
- 根据分公司各项促销和激励活动方案、险种推动方案，积极组织实施本机构对应方案，并对方案实施的效果进行总结评估
- 落实各渠道团队建设和团队的日常管理的监督工作
- 负责参与制定销售政策，对团队销售过程中出现的问题和矛盾与相关部门及时协调和沟通，跟踪解决结果
- 配合落实各项产品销售的推动工作 任职资格 1.本科以上学历，有1-3年业管部团财产品支持岗工作经验，
