## Job description

### 岗位职责 工作职责
- 开拓新合作渠道，与外部渠道进行商务谈判，负责管辖区域内渠道合作模式洽谈、协调、资源拓展，确定合作意向
- 推动合作目标达成，灵活运用新零售线上运营方式不限于公众号、企业微信、短视频等，以结果为导向完成增长目标，并进行日常业绩达成追踪

### 熟悉行业渠道拓展发展动态，主动拓展新渠道并尝试、达成长期商务合作，做好渠道关系维护和业绩推动 任职资格 任职资格
- 1. 本科及以上，金融相关专业 2. 2年及以上相关工作经验 3. 具备证券从业资格 4. 有外部拓展经验，有线上经营意识、擅长自媒体运营，含视频剪接、文案策划等 5.执行力强，具备良好的团队合作意识，有较强的沟通协调与组织调度能力，以及较强的抗压能力。
