## Job description

### 岗位职责 银保相关方面的推动职责
- 负责平安银行代销保险产品推动规划，制定推广方案；
- 负责平安银行代销保险产品日常培训，制定月度培训规划；
- 根据总分行合规工作要求，负责部门日常合规督办工作；
- 完成领导交办的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，有1-3年业务推动岗工作经验；
- 具备一定的沟通能力；
- 具备高度的责任心及较强的执行能力；
- 具备一定的数据处理能力。
