## Job description

岗位职责
- 协助规划、管理分行公司业务 ，为客户经理提供后台支持。
- 协助督导客户经理完成各项公司条线考核指标 。
- 及时学习掌握总、分行最新的政策、产品，对公司各项业务提供专业的培训，指导客户经理了解产品特点。
- 按时完成监管部门要求的常规性活动的组织实施、报告报表的撰写报送并确保报告报表数据的准确性、及时性、完整性。
- 其他公司业务管理相关工作，包含但不限于征信查询、业绩管理等。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，专业不限;
- 具有2年以上相关工作经验，业务资源丰富者优先，熟悉公司业务流程，具有良好的学习、沟通和开拓创新能力;
- 认可平安文化，抗压力能力强；
- 职业操守良好，风险意识强，无违法违纪行为，无经商办企业或兼职行为;
