## Job description

岗位职责
- 推动业务目标的达成，完成公司制定的各项KPI指标；
- 同业等新团队的挖掘及新渠道的开拓，发展壮大现有代理人队伍；
- 对代理人统一进行线上培训，包括产品，理赔，方案等内容；
- 通过各类报表等进行数据分析，进行业务追踪达成业绩目标；
- 协助落实公司及领导安排的相关工作； 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历，保险，市场营销，互联网类等专业优先； 2、2年以上的保险销售经验，寿险，经纪公司，互联网保险相关工作经验者优先； 3、勤奋、有责任心、积极进取，学习能力强，有良好的沟通协调能力和建立关系的能力； 4、在线上媒体有粉丝基础者优先。
