## Job description

岗位职责 1. 协助业务分部经理和业务经理完成新保业务推动及客户服务（展业、招投标、企业现场宣讲等）； 2. 协助完成重新投保业务的服务工作，对接好客户，做好重新投保业务的谈判，并维护好客户关系； 3负责团体客户的常规服务，包括理赔报告制作与解读、契约保全、理赔、咨诉等工作支持，按时完成所属分部知鸟平台等相关培训和考试； 4. 负责所属业务分部数据统计分析，报告撰写，与相关部门沟通协调； 5.领导交办的其他工作等； 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，医学相关专业优先
- 有团体险销售或团体业务支持工作经验；
- 逻辑清晰、沟通表达能力强，具有一定的销售/谈判能力；
- 形象气质佳；
- 有健康委托业务资源或相关业务拓展经验优先;
