## Job description

岗位职责
- 收集市场信息，有计划地进行市场调查，有效利用公司资源寻找合作客户，积累潜在客户群，做好客户开发及维护；针对政府机关及企事业单位等团体客户开展员工补充医疗、补充养老等综合福利保障业务。
- 熟悉公司内部专业管理流程，借助集团综合金融平台优势，为企业提供资金管理和融资理财及信托证券等金融服务
- 做好客户关系管理，提高客户对公司的满意度。 任职资格 1、大专及以上学历，专业不限，有法人团体业务销售经验者优先。 2、热爱销售工作，具备高度责任感、工作主动性、团队协作能力、较强的沟通和谈判能力。
