## Job description

岗位职责
- 协助支行长做好厅堂团队管理，结合厅堂队伍特点，制定厅堂团队业务目标达成工作规划；
- 带领厅堂队伍做好客户承接、服务与产品转介/销售，通过辅导、激励等方式持续提升厅堂团队的客户经营水平和成果，达成客户分层经营目标；
- 开展网点服务管理，做好服务培训与日常监督管理，及时处理网点客户投诉，持续提升服务体验及客户满意度；
- 在总分行授予的职责范围内开展网点日常安保管理工作，及时、妥善处置支行突发安保问题。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历； 2、3年以上银行零售业务从业经验，其中2年及以上银行网点厅堂管理岗位工作经验，熟悉银行网点的作业流程和营销管理，同时具备柜员和营销工作经验者优先； 3、熟悉银行产品和销售流程，有丰富的一线销售经验，服务营销能力强，持有基金从业资格证、AFP、CFP等理财专业证照者优先； 4、积极进取，抗压力强，目标导向，有较好的系统性思维，具备优秀的沟通能力和团队管理能力。
