## Job description

岗位职责
- 统筹公私募、理财、存款等财富产品推动，结合总行推动节奏及分行利润、销售指标要求，设计产品组合及销售策略​，提升一线队伍技能，实现产能落地；
- 协同私行中心推动顶私业务包括不限于董监高、家族信托等；
- 配合总行、片区、对所属机构相关产品进行培训、督导。 任职资格 1、5-8年以上金融相关工作经验，熟悉银行或金融领域产品管理； 2、抗压能力、沟通协调能力、推动执行能力强，有一定管理能力，善于团队搭建； 3、无违法违纪行为，有良好的职业操守和合规意识。
