## Job description

岗位职责 1.负责机构客户的日常维护与关系管理，提升客户粘性与合作深度。 2.参与一揽子金融服务方案的设计与执行，协助团队长推动综合金融业务落地。 任职资格 1.本科及以上学历，金融、经济、公共管理等相关专业优先。 2.3年以上银行对公客户经理工作经验，有机构客户服务经验者优先。 3.熟悉机构客户经营特点及政策环境，具备较强的营销、沟通及方案执行能力。 4.具有良好的抗压能力及团队协作精神。 5.认同平安文化，积极进取，无违法、违规或严重处罚记录
