## Job description

岗位职责
- 制定和落实mysql数据库相关自动化部署及运维相关的技术规范。
- 作为数据库二线技术支持提供mysql数据库相关的技术咨询、技术支持、运维巡检、故障处理。
- 负责公司医保及医疗行业软件和产品交付过程中系统及mysql数据库相关环境的安装部署技术支持。
- 通过标准文档、技术培训等能力输出提高现场运维同事数据库相关部署及运维能力。 任职资格
- 精通MYSQL数据库的运行机制以及体系架构。
- 精通MySQL复制、索引、锁、innodb原理。
- 精通MYSQL的运维管理、性能调优、备份恢复，能完善解决各种故障问题。
- 掌握常用mysql高可用架构、包括主从复制、分库分表、InnoDB Cluster、Replica Set等。
- 有mysql云数据库运维经验者优先。
- 熟练使用shell/python等至少一门脚本语言；
- 具有良好的技术学习能力，独立分析解决问题的能力、团队合作意识及良好的文档阅读习惯
- 能够接受短期出差和适度加班。
