## Job description

岗位职责
- 熟练掌握银行业务知识、业务流程，熟悉应用业务技能为客户办理账户、支付结算、理财等柜面运营业务，确保业务处理准确、及时与完整；
- 严格执行国家各项法规制度与监管政策，严格履行银行各项规章制度和业务规则，较强的风险防范能力，确保各项业务合规运营；
- 识别并满足外部客户的业务需求，及时为外部客户提供高效优质的服务，较佳的亲和力，自觉维护银行的品牌形象；
- 掌握银行柜面产品特性，主动识别和挖掘客户需求，具备一定的销售能力，主动开展综合金融服务，积极配合厅堂团队做好厅堂营销工作；
- 为各类内部客户提供高效的业务支持，积极配合业务条线开展上门服务和各类客户拓展活动。 任职资格

### 学历
- 本科及以上学历；

### 经验
- 1年以上银行直接柜面经验，有会计从业资格证和反假货币资格证；

### 其他
- 行为举止得体大方，亲和力强；有服务意识和销售特质，责任心强，积极认真，抗压力强；思维敏捷，沟通有说服力，目标导向；
