## Job description

### 岗位职责 工作职责
- 负责建立和维护高净值客户，满足高净值客户个性化理财需求，提升客户忠诚度和满意度；
- 了解和挖掘客户投资理财需求，以全方面金融理财和资产配置，为客户提供专业财富管理建议和方案，实现客户资产提升；
- 确保团队有品质的持续经营，协调处理客户投诉。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 从事理财投资、理财经理5年以上工作经验，有私行理财经验者优先；
- 熟悉银行产品，服务营销能力强，持有基金、保险销售资格证照，持AFP、CFP证者优先。
