## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责全面推进顶私业务，带领团队开拓和维护顶私客群，帮助客户制定资产配置方案，完成顶私中心的经营指标；
- 负责中心团队业务人员队伍的组建、管理，合规经营，防范风险，提升团队执行力、凝聚力和战斗力；
- 积极研究和贯彻总行客户分层经营业务模式，制定和推动实施本中心的客户分层经营计划。 任职资格

### 学历
- 本科及以上学历；

### 经验
- 10年及以上金融行业营销经验，5年以上团队管理经验，过往业绩表现良好；

### 专业能力
- 在销售管理、营销领域具有丰富经验，了解熟悉各类型产品；有一线销售经验，具有较强的营销规划能力和服务营销能力，持有AFP/CFP理财专业证书、国际保险专业证照优先，曾获得COT/TOT/MDRT/IDA荣誉优先；

### 素质要求
- 认同公司文化，积极进取，结果导向，抗压力强，优秀的沟通影响和团队管理能力；无不良从业记录，责任心和合规意识强。
