## Job description

岗位职责

### 新人培训
- 建设新人培训体系，并推动参训率目标达成；

### 分层培训
- 建立代理人及团长分层培训体系并落地

### 课程体系建设
- 研发并制作培训课程，应用于相应培训；

### 兼职讲师体系建设
- 打造兼职讲师队伍，推动讲师授课；

### 培训项目
- 推动北大医疗健管师培训及VSS国际培训等项目落地 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，有寿险或健康险公司代理人培训工作经验；
- 具有3年及以上工作经验；
- 具有良好的沟通能力，同时思维条理清晰；
- 具备主动思考意识，能够举一反三；
- 具有良好的报告（Word，PPT）编写能力。
