## Job description

岗位职责
- 与业务部门建立良好关系，解决业务同事的痛点，满足业务特定的行政需求；
- 负责物业及其他供应商的日常运营管理及监督工作，保障职场正常运行，并提出有效建议；
- 参与制定职场行政预算，并跟进使用情况，及时采购开办物资；
- 承担所在职场外包服务的综合招标程序，制定及编写SOP等； 任职资格
- 有行政管理相关经验者优先
- 熟悉行政事务，对职场管理工作进行建设性指导与管理
- 具有强烈的服务意识、高度的责任感，良好的沟通能力
