## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责银行零售业务的综拓拓展，经营重点客群，推动相关业务；
- 推动协调银行经营平台和队伍，包括网点、理财经理、金融顾问、个贷队伍，共同协助重客服务好客户；
- 遵守各项法律法规制度，落实合规及风险管理工作要求，严格控制风险。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，熟悉银行零售业务，擅长客户经营；
- 具有较强的市场敏感度、渠道维护力和优秀的市场拓展能力，工作积极主动、责任心和抗压能力强；
- 遵纪守法，合规意识强，无违法违纪行为。
