## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责个人健康险服务型产品创新、场景化产品创新，赋能个非主业发展；
- 负责个人健康生态场景和模式的创新，组织机构开展健康生态试点项目，打造样板间并全国推广；
- 负责个人健康险服务市场动态研究，开拓、建联和维护头部健康服务商，结合服务商资源能力合作场景化产品，用服务资源置换个非产值；
- 负责个健跟单服务的质量管理、服务运营等，提升服务的使用率和客户感知。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，保险、医学、健康管理、公共卫生、金融等相关专业优先；
- 熟悉健康险产品开发、健康服务运营及相关业务流程，具备健康管理、保险、医疗健康等相关领域工作经验，具有5年以上相关经验者优先；
- 具备良好的跨部门沟通、资源协调和组织推动能力，能够独立推进项目，并形成可验证的项目成果；
- 具备良好的团队协作、持续学习和责任担当意识，能够适应多任务并行的工作节奏，具有较好的压力管理、问题分析和解决能力。
