## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责市场开拓，完成分行下达的KPI考核指标和工作任务；
- 根据分行的业务规划与目标，承担团队的营销管理职责，业务营销及客户关系维护等工作；
- 组织团队成员合规、有序地开展各项工作，完成业务尽职调查、业务报审及贷后管理等工作，具有风险识别与防控意识；
- 负责所辖团队专业知识及人才培养，产品、技能、政策的培训。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，金融、会计、法律、经济等相关专业优先；
- 具有5年以上银行相关工作经历，具备良好的业务素养，熟悉银行公司业务产品及业务流程；
- 优秀的领悟能力和沟通协作能力、担当精神，丰富的专业知识储备，较强的执行力，高质量完成本职工作，优秀的抗压耐力。
