## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责机构团体/企业客户的业务开拓、渠道拓展及维护；
- 规划与组织业务分部保费计划的完成，对分部各项业务指标的达成负责;
- 落实所辖分部的销售活动，有效提升业务经理产能;
- 对所辖业务经理进行相关业务辅导、咨询与销售支持;
- 统筹协调项目中产品方、渠道方各类人员及资源支持。 任职资格 1、45周岁以下，本科及以上学历； 2、具备同业团体业务销售经验，团体业务管理/服务/规模达到2000万以上者优先； 3、具备属地企业，团体客户资源，同时具备良好的客户沟通、人际交往及维系客户关系的能力； 4、具备并掌握风险管控、产能管控、利润管控等专业能力和工具方法，及职业经理人必备的办公化逻辑输出和结构规划能力； 5、熟稔监管政策，接受过合规系统培训。
