## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责客户的咨询和问题解决，确保客户满意度;
- 执行直接销售策略，完成销售目标;
- 维护客户关系，促进客户忠诚度;
- 进行市场调研，了解客户需求和竞争对手情况;
- 参与制定和优化销售流程;
- 定期提交销售报告和客户反馈;
- 协助团队完成销售任务;
- 提供客户培训和支持;
- 处理客户投诉，确保问题及时解决; 任职资格
- 具备良好的沟通能力和客户服务意识;
- 熟悉直接销售流程和技巧;
- 能够独立处理客户咨询和投诉;
- 具备一定的市场分析能力;
- 有相关销售经验者优先;
- 能够适应快节奏的工作环境;
- 具备团队合作精神;
- 能够熟练使用办公软件;
- 具备一定的英语沟通能力者优先;
