## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责系统数据库技术组件选型、数据库部署架构方案的设计与评审
- 负责数据库运维解决方案（连续性方案、降本方案、上云方案、信创改造方案等）设计和实施
- 负责牵头大型数据库实施方案，负责项目的核心技术设计、关联方协同推动，确保项目顺利实施落地
- 负责数据库服务保障，提升部门产能，达到主动服务和专业服务的目标，提升用户满意度和部门外部影响力 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，5~8年数据库运维和运维开发经验
- 精通一款或多款主流数据库（PostgreSQL、MySQL、MongoDB、Redis、OB、PolarDB、平凯）的体系结构和运行机制，有丰富的数据库运维实战能力
- 精通PL/pgSQL语言，能够编写复杂查询；有丰富的SQL性能优化经验，具备优化排查能力
- 具备丰富的Linux系统运维经验，熟悉网络协议、Docker容器化部署及常见中间件（Nginx、Redis）的配置管理
- 掌握至少一种脚本编程语言（Python/Shell/Go），熟悉大模型（如DeepSeek、GPT-4o）在数据库运维场景的应用，了解MCP（模型上下文协议）或类似AI与数据库交互的标准化接口，能通过AI辅助数据库运维工作的实践经验
- 项目经验丰富，善于统筹推动和项目风险控制，拥有项目管理证书者尤佳
- 有较强的逻辑思维能力，具备良好的解决问题的能力，乐于专研技术，探索技术原理。
- 工作责任心强，具备良好的团队合作精神，良好的沟通及协作能力
- 有团队管理经验者优先
