## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责客户保单的维护工作，包括客户咨询和答疑；
- 受理、初审、扫描、交接、整理及归档新保险契约合同材料；
- 处理柜面客户保全材料的受理和初审工作；
- 协调处理客户理赔案件，包括通知、申诉处理等；
- 进行业务数据统计与汇报，制作属地理赔案例材料；
- 负责消保相关工作；
- 负责医健运营相关事宜。

### 任职资格 学历要求

本科及以上学历； 专业优先：保险、医学、法律等相关专业； 工作经验：1年以上保险行业理赔咨诉等相关工作经验。
