- 负责分公司创新项目策划方案的制定与实施;
- 负责分公司创新项目的整体规划、执行与监督;
- 负责协调内外部资源，确保创新项目顺利推进;
- 负责分公司创新活动的策划、推广及效果评估; 任职资格
- 具备项目策划相关工作经验
- 熟悉保险行业市场动态及客户需求
- 具备优秀的沟通协调能力及团队管理能力
- 具备较强的市场分析能力和策划能力
- 具备较强的执行力和抗压能力，具备较强的市场敏锐度和创新能力
