## Job description

### 岗位职责 岗位职责
- 负责公司人力资源规划的制定与实施；
- 组织招聘、培训、绩效考核和员工关系管理；
- 参与公司文化建设，推动员工职业道德和工作热情；
- 处理员工离职、转岗、晋升等手续；
- 解决员工关系问题，构建和谐的工作环境。

### 任职资格 任职要求
- 具备良好的数据处理能力，如sql、python等数据处理工具；
- 能够独立处理和解决问题；
- 具有较强的责任心和执行力；
- 能够适应快节奏的工作环境；
- 具有团队合作精神，能够与团队成员有效沟通。
