## Job description

岗位职责
- 贯彻公司经营理念和企业文化，遵纪守法，严格执行各项规章制度；
- 负责营业部的规划、组织工作，完成公司规定的各项考核指标；
- 制定营业部的销售目标和销售策略，推动业务发展；
- 负责营业部的日常管理工作，团队成员共同维护和发展客户；
- 有效激励团队成员，建立良好的团队文化，有效解决团队问题。 任职资格
- 年龄在28～45周岁，身体及心理健康，品行端正，无违法行为纪录。
- 大学本科或本科以上学历，优秀者可适当放宽至全日制大专学历。
- 有同业或法人客户销售及管理工作经验者优先。
