## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责开拓并维护批量获客渠道，建立长期、稳定、良好的合作关系；
- 负责向合作渠道宣导我行消金普金业务规划及相关产品政策等，做好渠道培训支持及其他相关服务、按要求定期落实消金普金合作渠道管理等相关工作；
- 负责日常业务的跟进和推动，达成创利和KPI指标、达成交叉销售业务目标；
- 负责客户业务受理与贷前调查工作；按贷后管理和资金流向相关制度和实施细则要求，落实贷款管理工作；
- 落实合规及风险管理工作要求，确保业务合法合规。 任职资格
- 大学本科及以上学历；
- 具备1年以上银行零售信贷等相关工作经验，具有较强的贷款业务拓展能力；
- 责任心强，具有较高的内外沟通、协调和公关能力，具有较好的抗压能力；
- 具有良好的团队协助意识及态度，良好的沟通能力，合规意识强，无不良记录。
