## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责面向农户的互联网C端APP平台运营工作，包含营销活动、用户运营等；
- 对接业务部门，理解业务诉求与用户需求，制定农险客户分层分类运营策略；
- 关注功能数据，能基于漏斗数据分析问题，持续优化迭代，优化用户体验；
- 关注客户声音收集，推动平台迭代；落实内部员工培训以及平台声量推广；
- 作为PM，联合业务、平台产品推动项目落地及推广，从结果出发推进业务目标达成。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，3年及以上互联网运营经验，有互联网保险平台或头部互联网公司工作经验优先；
- 用户导向，了解农村用户特点优先；
- 有较好的数据分析、方案迭代以及运营规划能力；
- 思维清晰、逻辑性强、有较强的表达及文字功底；
- 有一定项目管理能力，有较好的组织、沟通及能力，承压能力较好。
