岗位职责 1\负责寿险综拓渠道开拓、培训、激励方案宣导，追踪负责业绩指标品质 2\渠道佣金费用结算、业务开展数据、问题件管理及沟通 3\协助渠道操作流程的规划和优化，渠道关系的维护 4\协助渠道客户、渠道接口人的日常沟通、反馈等 任职资格 1\本科及以上学历 2\金融类专业学习经验， 3\有1-2年业务经验的优先考虑 4\市场营销、电子商务、保险等相关专业 5\思维敏捷、沟通能力强
