## Job description

岗位职责
- 协助银行网点、业务经理开展保险产品销售，提供产品培训与销售支持；
- 与银行对口部门和公司业务经理保持沟通，协调业务推进；
- 负责保险单证与合同日常管理；
- 负责并参与银行网点的沙龙、产品说明会等营销活动；
- 发布、汇总银保渠道的销售数据，分析销售趋势、渠道绩效，为管理层提供决策支持；
- 协助处理客户保单查询、信息变更、退保等基础服务，协调理赔、续期缴费提醒等售后服务支持；
- 领导交办的其他工作； 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 有3年以上保险行业银保工作经验者优先；
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力、活动组织及资源规划能力；
- 责任心强，工作细致，具备较强的服务意识和团队协作精神，能承受业务压力。
