## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责部门人员招聘、面试、入职、离职、调动等事宜，确保队伍补员及时
- 组织部门文化氛围建设活动，打造团结、向上、拼搏的部门气象
- 通过视频号、抖音等新媒体渠道，树立部门形象标杆，打造学习典范氛围
- 参与新人培训项目的设计、实施，助力新人融入和产能提升 任职资格 1、全日制统招本科及以上学历，人力资源、经济、金融及理工科类专业优先； 2、3年以上人事多模块工作经验，对数据敏感，细心、耐心，愿意从事薪酬计算类工作； 3、对工作充满激情，责任心强，能承受较大的工作压力；能对多任务并行进行合理统筹规划。
